About Us

Our Mission

Intaleaf’s mission is to support licensed trade customers with reliable access to quality cannabis-based products for medicinal use (CBPMs) through audited partnerships and compliant distribution.

We focus on quality, traceability and regulatory conformity at every stage of the supply chain, from supplier qualification to delivery and recall readiness.

Our objective is simple: to establish a dependable, well-documented supply route that licensed organisations can trust — delivering premium, compliant CBPMs of consistent quality.

Who we are

Intaleaf (part of Nompharma Limited) is a wholesale distributor of CBPMs supplying licensed pharmacies, hospitals and wholesalers.

We work with GMP-compliant manufacturers and licensed distributors in the UK, EU and internationally, operating in line with MHRA WDA(H) and Good Distribution Practice (GDP).

International movements are performed only under the appropriate Home Office licences and applicable destination-country requirements.

We do not supply the public and we do not provide medical advice.

Our Values

At Intaleaf, we are guided by reliability, transparency, and product safety in everything we do.

We uphold the highest standards of integrity, ensuring full traceability and regulatory compliance across all operations.

Our commitment to quality and collaboration drives us to build global partnerships that support reliable, compliant CBPM supply for licensed organisations

Compliance & Safety

We operate under WDA(H) in line with GDP, using documented procedures for qualification, traceability, temperature oversight and recall.

Integrity & Transparency

Clear documentation and bona fide checks for all counterparties; accurate statements and record-keeping to support audits.

Global Partnership

Work with licensed manufacturers and distributors. International movements are subject to Home Office licences and destination-country requirements.

Reliability

A consistent, audited supply for licensed trade customers, with defined escalation and contingency arrangements.

Secure Logistics & Storage

We use audited logistics partners and secure storage with procedures proportionate to controlled drug requirements. Our approach includes:

  • Pre-qualified routes and carriers, with chain-of-custody controls
  • Temperature-controlled solutions where required
  • Tamper-evident seals and discrepancy reporting
  • Clear delivery acceptance criteria and documentation at the receiving site

Licensing & Governance

  • Activities are performed under MHRA WDA(H) with distribution in line with GDP

  • Home Office requirements apply to possession, supply and (where relevant) import/export of controlled drugs

  • We maintain documented procedures for compliance, training and incident escalation, and we cooperate with authorities as required

How we work (Onboarding & Bona Fide)

To protect the supply chain, we complete bona fide checks before onboarding any customer or supplier.

Typical information we review includes:

  • Legal entity details and company registration
  • WDA(H) / pharmacy or hospital status (as applicable)
  • Home Office licensing, where relevant
  • Named Responsible Person (RP/RPi) and key QA contacts
  • Delivery site details and acceptance procedures

Orders are supplied only to verified, licensed organisations and in accordance with the scope of authorisations held by all parties.

Ethics & Transparency

Intaleaf adheres to anti-bribery and corruption policies and maintains robust data protection practices. We aim for clear documentation, accurate statements, and consistent communication with stakeholders.

Quality System & GDP Controls

Our GDP-aligned quality system covers:

  • Supplier qualification & technical documentation (GMP evidence, CoAs, licences)
  • Change control, deviation and CAPA processes
  • Batch traceability from receipt to dispatch
  • Temperature management (qualified packaging/equipment, calibrated dataloggers, documented excursions management)
  • Segregation & security appropriate for controlled drug handling
  • Periodic self-inspections and partner audits
  • Recall readiness, including traceability checks and contact cascades

These measures help ensure that products are stored, transported and documented in line with regulatory expectations.

Partnerships

We work with licensed producers and distributors that meet GMP/GDP expectations. Collaboration is focused on:

  • Continuity of supply and reliable lead times
  • Document transparency (CoAs, licences, shipping docs)
  • Ongoing performance and compliance review
